35岁开始筛查，将多发现630万糖尿病！宁光院士研究

美国糖尿病学会将筛查糖尿病的年龄门槛从45岁下调35岁。
近日，上海瑞金医院宁光团队在近10万国人中进行的研究也显示，35岁筛查糖尿病，有助于识别更多糖尿病。
研究显示，35岁即开始筛查国人糖尿病，可新增糖尿病确诊患者630万，新增糖尿病前期确诊患者730万人，而且在农村、经济欠发达地区和中部地区新增确诊比例凸显。
需要确诊1例糖尿病患者的人数，在30~34岁人群为28人，35~45岁人群为15人，年龄更大人群中，需要筛查人数更少。
当前，早发糖尿病在中国越来越普遍，此外2010年数据显示，国人有2/3糖尿病患者未被确诊，筛查门槛或需降低。
